Terms of Use

1. Scope and publisher

These terms govern Mind, a self-assessment service published by Smart Medical Care SAS, registered in France under RCS Nice 932 924 194, with its office at 37 avenue Maréchal Foch, 06000 Nice, France. They apply to Mind and do not import the commercial terms of other AI DiagMe products.

Please read these terms before using the tests. Our Privacy and Cookie Policies explain data processing separately. Reading or accepting them does not constitute consent to marketing or future processing of health data.

2. Access and free results

Questionnaires are for adults age 18 and older. Basic tests and results are free, with no account or email required. You provide your own equipment and internet connection and remain responsible for any associated costs.

You can stop at any time. Answers are not saved: leaving, reloading, or changing language restarts the questionnaire. Mind cannot recover a cleared test.

3. Understanding results

Mind presents screening questionnaires and measures of well-being or personality. Calculations follow the rules stated in each test. Results depend on self-reported answers and on the version, language, and studied population; they cannot alone confirm or exclude a condition.

The Big Five describes continuous dimensions without good or bad personalities. Its 50- and 120-item forms are distinct and their scores are not interchangeable. Other instruments have their own scales and limitations. Each experience identifies sources and adaptations.

Mind does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical follow-up. Do not start, stop, or change treatment based solely on a result. If there is immediate danger, contact your local emergency services; the website and its email inbox are not emergency services.

4. Current and future features

Current results are calculated locally using questionnaire rules, without AI analysis. The short preparation animation presents those calculations; it is not a medical consultation or additional analysis.

AI-enhanced analysis is a possible future paid option separate from free basic results. No payment, subscription, or order is offered here. Any offer will first provide specific information about its content, price, data use, and consumer rights, including withdrawal where applicable. These terms do not authorize future purchases or reuse of answers in advance.

5. Using the website

Use the questionnaires for your own reflection and, if you choose, to prepare a discussion with a professional. You may view or print your result for personal use subject to the applicable content licenses.

Do not use Mind to impersonate someone, infringe their rights, bypass protections, overload the service, or distribute malicious code. Automated extraction that disrupts the service or violates applicable rights is not permitted. These terms do not remove rights granted by law or a software or instrument license.

Results must not be used alone to decide another person’s employment, insurance, credit, access to care, or legal rights.

6. Your answers and content rights

You retain your rights in information you choose to enter. The current tests do not give us access to your answers or grant us a license to exploit them or train AI.

Mind’s original content and website elements are protected under applicable rules. Third-party instruments, translations, and software retain their own rights, including public-domain IPIP permissions and specific licenses for other questionnaires. Refer to the sources and rights displayed in each experience.

7. Optional email signup

Email signup is not a required exchange for your result. In the current preview, it is a simulation without sending or saving an address. Live signup will require specific consent and may be stopped under the terms provided when it opens. It will not automatically create a patient account.

8. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a clear and functional website, but interruptions, technical errors, imperfect wording, and unavailability may occur. Maintenance or security measures may temporarily restrict access. Information on external resources may change.

Smart Medical Care SAS’s liability is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude or cap at zero any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They do not remove mandatory consumer rights or statutory guarantees. Report problems using only the necessary details, without health-related answers.

9. External resources

Scientific references and support links help you explore a topic further. The organizations are independent and their own terms apply. A reference does not imply that they endorse or certify Mind.

10. Complaints and applicable law

Send complaints to our contact address. French law applies without removing mandatory protections in your country of residence. Jurisdiction is determined by applicable legal rules; consumers are not forced into exclusive jurisdiction in Nice contrary to their rights.

Details of a competent consumer mediator must be specified for any future offer that requires one. The former European Online Dispute Resolution platform, closed since July 2025, is not offered as a complaint channel.

11. Changes and general provisions

The update date appears above. Terms may change to reflect a feature or applicable rule, with appropriate notice for substantial changes. Changes do not retroactively authorize data processing or billing.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. Not exercising a right at a particular time does not waive that right.
