Accessibility at Mind.
We work toward experiences that support different screens, keyboard use, and readable content. Here is what has actually been checked.
Conformance status
Without a complete RGAA audit establishing a conformance rate, Mind is currently reported as nonconforming. No full or partial RGAA/WCAG conformance is certified. Targeted checks in the repository cannot establish an overall rate.
This information covers the current preview. It will be updated following an effective evaluation and the actual scope of the deployed public service.
Measures implemented
Interfaces use structured headings, skip links, native fields, and accessible names. Questionnaires offer explicit controls, back navigation, and answer review. Nonessential motion follows the reduced-motion preference.
- Persistent header with anchor offsets to keep headings visible.
- Large answer choices and visible focus states.
- Layouts adapted to narrow screens and tablets.
- Locally served fonts and no automatically playing media.
Checks and limitations
Integrated-browser checks have covered widths from 320 to 1440 pixels, menus, accordions, language changes, and questionnaire flows. Automated scoring checks are separate from accessibility assessment.
A complete RGAA audit, VoiceOver/NVDA/TalkBack testing, real browser zoom, and physical iOS/Android testing have not been confirmed for this version. Original linked PDFs have not had exhaustive tagging checks. The reaction game relies on visual feedback and timed interaction; it is optional, separate from tests, and has no clinical interpretation.
Report a barrier or request an alternative
Contact Mind with the page, the task affected, and, if you choose, your browser and assistive technology. Do not send health-related answers. An alternative can be considered for your request; no response time is guaranteed.
Further assistance
If you believe your rights have not been respected and contacting the publisher has not resolved the issue, the French Defender of Rights can provide information about remedies relevant to your situation.
