Accessible starting points for understanding yourself.
Mind makes documented questionnaires easier to discover, understand, and use, without turning a score into a label.
Our purpose
Attention, mood, anxiety, fatigue, well-being, and personality raise different questions. Mind brings together six questionnaire families as a starting point at your own pace. Each experience explains its purpose, version, time period, and limitations.
Our aim is an understandable result: a clear explanation, visible scoring, and the ability to review answers. Mind does not replace assessment by a qualified healthcare professional.
