2. Publication director
Publication director: Julien P. To report an error, ask a question, or reach our privacy contact, use the email address below. Please do not attach completed questionnaires or medical documents to a technical support request.
3. Hosting
Hosting selected for the website: Google Cloud, Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States.
The planned health-data infrastructure is Google Cloud in France, using services covered by French Health Data Hosting (HDS) certification. In the current version of Mind, questionnaire answers and results remain in your browser and are not stored on that infrastructure.
A hosting provider’s certification does not certify Mind or clinically validate its results. The services, contracts, and configuration actually deployed must match the stated use.
4. Purpose of Mind
Mind offers self-assessment questionnaires about attention, anxiety, mood, burnout, well-being, and personality. Basic tests and results are free. They provide context and explanations, with limitations specific to each instrument.
Mind does not provide consultations, diagnoses, prescriptions, or crisis monitoring. Results must not delay care or replace assessment by a qualified professional. A regulatory determination concerning another AI DiagMe product does not automatically apply to Mind.
5. Intellectual property
Mind’s presentation, branding, graphics, original text, and code are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Reuse requires the rights holder’s permission unless a legal exception or license permits it.
Third-party questionnaires, translations, publications, fonts, and software retain their own licenses and attribution requirements. Website restrictions do not limit permissions granted for public-domain instruments, including IPIP items. Each questionnaire provides its sources and terms of use.
6. Personal data and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains locally processed answers, technical data, and messages sent to the team. Our Cookie Policy describes the current absence of analytics and advertising trackers.
7. Applicable law and contact
The publisher is a French company. French law applies subject to the mandatory protections available in your country of residence. Jurisdiction is determined under applicable legal rules. The Terms of Use supplement this notice.
